Maybe summer is almost gone, but the true cultural blossom is still to come. The Europan Culture Congress will take place from 8 to 11 September in Wrocław. In this issue of Biweekly we’d like introduce two of many projects that form its rich programme.

Cover by Malwina KonopackaOne is Sound Cinema, a fascinating journey through acoustic imagination. Patryk Zakrocki, the curator, talks about sound in the image culture. The other is The Reading Lab and literary twitter workshops. To give you a glimpse we talk to Marcin Jagodziński, who created a Polish microblogging site, Blip. Soon we’ll provide you with more details on Modules, Liberary workshops, Comixer – other components of The Reading Lab.

Among many intellectuals, philosophers and activists coming to the European Culture Congress, there will be, the one and only, Captain Europe. Get acquainted with the superhero in our Rich Files section.

Stay tuned.
